Hemp protein is rightly called a superfood. It is possibly the best plant-based protein because it is rich in fiber, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Hemp protein naturally contains 50-60% protein, making it a real protein bomb!

Even people who suffer from a protein allergy or are prone to digestive problems are increasingly turning to hemp protein powder, which is free of gluten, lactose and oligosaccharides and is therefore very easy to digest.

Hemp proteins are the only plant proteins that contain all 9 amino acids, which can only be absorbed through food!

Hemp flour is made from hemp seed residue obtained by cold pressing hemp oil.

Compared to other types of flour, hemp flour has the highest fiber content!

On average, hemp flour contains 40% fiber and 30% protein. Hemp is also gluten-free.

This is another reason why hemp is very well tolerated and is a tasty alternative to conventional grain products, especially in cases of illness and intolerances. Hemp is also a rich source of folic acid, copper, iron, zinc and vitamin B6.

Known in Asia since around 3,000 BC, hemp tea is now valued almost all over the world for its effects.

Rich in minerals and trace elements, hemp tea is characterized by numerous valuable ingredients. Hemp leaves keep digestion and blood pressure in balance and have a lightening and soothing effect on pain.

Even Hildegard von Bingen recommended hemp tea as a medical aid and used it as a natural remedy in the Middle Ages. Hemp leaves can be brewed as a tea, either pure or mixed with other herbs.

Its tart aroma is rounded off by a subtle hint of honey.
